Pantheon - Pantheon Group, Inc. was formed in 2002 to support the highly technical needs of the environmental industry. Since that time, Pantheon has completed a variety of construction, environmental remediation and habitat restoration projects throughout the United States. Environmental remediation projects have included excavation and disposal of contaminated soils, installation of vapor extraction and treatment systems, capping and containment measures, remediation of contaminated sediments, and groundwater containment, extraction and treatment systems. Contaminants encountered have included petroleum hydrocarbons, wood treating chemicals, including pentachlorophenol and creosote, pesticides, herbicides, dioxins, halogenated and non-halogenated solvents, PCBs, and metals. In addition to its expertise with environmental remediation projects, Pantheon has the demonstrated capacity to undertake all types of construction and restoration projects. These have included the construction or restoration of wetlands, riparian areas and streams, the development and implementation of Brownfield redevelopment, public works construction, landfill construction, pond construction, landfill capping, landfill gas collection, construction of large water treatment systems, construction of storm water containment and collection systems and the demolition and salvage of industrial and commercial real estate. Pantheon also has the capacity to provide high-level construction management services for these same projects. Pantheon is also extremely proficient at the implementation of the design-build model of project execution. A design-build project is one where an entity (whether a single company, joint venture, or teamed companies) provides the full set of services for a project, from permitting to design, through construction and project hand-off. The project team is viewed as seamless, offering single-point responsibility and authority for successful project implementation. Working with a number of different consultants around the country, Pantheon has successfully utilized the design-build method on several projects, saving the client money and shortening overall project schedule.
